About the Role

BruntWork, a luxury pool developer in Southern California, is expanding its technology team. The IT & Web Development Integrations Specialist will focus on automation and API integrations to streamline operations across CRMs, financial systems, ad channels, and internal infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and manage integrations between CRMs, QuickBooks, Bill.com and internal systems.
  • Create automation workflows using platforms such as Zapier and Make to streamline business operations.
  • Ensure accurate data syncing across multiple platforms like sales, finance, marketing, and project delivery.
  • Develop web tools and dashboards that unify data from various sources into actionable insights.
  • Integrate digital ad platforms (Google PPC, Meta Ads) with CRM and analytics pipelines.
  • Oversee self-hosted servers and connections to cloud services, providing ongoing IT support.

Requirements

  • Expertise with API integrations, automation platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.), and web development (JavaScript, Python, or similar).
  • Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent.
  • Hands-on knowledge of QuickBooks, Bill.com, and Google Workspace integrations.
  • Familiarity with digital ad channels (Google, Meta) and marketing attribution tools.
  • Knowledge of server environments (Linux/Windows).
  • Proven track record in automation and system scalability projects with 3+ years experience.

Contract & Work Conditions

This is a permanent work-from-home position as an Independent Contractor. Candidates are required to have their own computer and internet, and will manage their own benefits and taxes. Work hours are 8 hrs/day, 40 hrs/week, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm Pacific Time.
