Overview

The HubSpot Specialist & Revenue Operations SME role at BruntWork optimizes and integrates HubSpot for clients while aligning marketing, sales, and customer success to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

HubSpot Administration & Optimization: Oversee platform performance, configuration, integrations, build workflows, automation, pipelines, dashboards and reports, and audit data across contacts, companies, and deals to ensure best practices for lead scoring and segmentation.

Revenue Operations Strategy: Partner with leadership to design RevOps strategies, develop scalable processes, improve funnel conversion, forecast accuracy, and enhance operational visibility.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align Sales, Marketing and Customer Success processes by translating business requirements into technical solutions and training teams and clients on HubSpot usage.

Analytics & Reporting: Create executive dashboards, analyze performance data to identify trends and inefficiencies, and provide insights for forecasting and decision-making.

Systems Integration: Manage integrations with systems like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn, etc., ensuring a seamless data flow across the revenue tech stack.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Revenue Ops, Marketing Ops or Sales Ops
  • 2+ years of HubSpot administration experience (Marketing Hub & Sales Hub)
  • Proven ability to design complex workflows, pipelines, and reporting
  • Strong understanding of revenue funnel mechanics and CRM best practices
  • Analytical mindset with data visualization skills
  • Excellent communication and ability to simplify technical details
  • Preferred: HubSpot certifications, experience with Salesforce, BI tools and RevOps frameworks
