Overview
The Hubspot CRM Strategy and Implementations Lead at BruntWork will define and execute the strategic direction of our CRM. This role drives workflow optimization, automation, and AI adoption to accelerate revenue growth and efficiently scale operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the CRM strategy and roadmap aligned with RevOps.
- Lead workflow cleanup, standardization, and governance.
- Design and implement automation for lead management and client retention.
- Champion AI tool adoption within CRM processes.
- Collaborate with Sales, CSM, and Operations for seamless workflows.
- Provide training and best practices to drive CRM adoption.
- Define and monitor key performance metrics.
- Stay updated with industry trends in CRM and AI.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Hubspot CRM strategy and operations.
- Expertise in workflow design, automation, and adoption.
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools for CRM optimization.
- Data-driven with strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional communication skills.
- Experience in fast-scaling, high-growth environments.
