Overview

The Hubspot CRM Strategy and Implementations Lead at BruntWork will define and execute the strategic direction of our CRM. This role drives workflow optimization, automation, and AI adoption to accelerate revenue growth and efficiently scale operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the CRM strategy and roadmap aligned with RevOps.
  • Lead workflow cleanup, standardization, and governance.

  • Collaborate with Sales, CSM, and Operations for seamless workflows.
  • Provide training and best practices to drive CRM adoption.

  • Proven experience in Hubspot CRM strategy and operations.
  • Expertise in workflow design, automation, and adoption.
