Overview
The Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist at BruntWork will create custom marketing materials for real estate agents. The role involves managing incoming marketing requests, designing high-quality content, and collaborating with agents and team members to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Review and manage marketing requests using Asana.
- Design flyers, social media graphics, postcards, presentations, and digital ads using Canva and other creative tools.
- Communicate professionally with agents and internal teams for project clarity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and campaigns.
- Utilize Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) for communication and collaboration.
- Prioritize multiple projects in a fast-turnaround environment.
- Maintain organized design files and shared marketing resources.
- Assist in improving marketing processes and team efficiency.
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in graphic design or marketing (real estate experience a plus).
- Proficiency in Canva; Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus.
- Strong familiarity with Asana and project management tools.
- Proficient with Office 365 suite.
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
