Overview

The Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist at BruntWork will create custom marketing materials for real estate agents. The role involves managing incoming marketing requests, designing high-quality content, and collaborating with agents and team members to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Review and manage marketing requests using Asana.
  • Design flyers, social media graphics, postcards, presentations, and digital ads using Canva and other creative tools.
  • Communicate professionally with agents and internal teams for project clarity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and campaigns.
  • Utilize Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) for communication and collaboration.
  • Prioritize multiple projects in a fast-turnaround environment.
  • Maintain organized design files and shared marketing resources.
  • Assist in improving marketing processes and team efficiency.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in graphic design or marketing (real estate experience a plus).
  • Proficiency in Canva; Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus.
  • Strong familiarity with Asana and project management tools.
  • Proficient with Office 365 suite.
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • A creative thinker with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
