This unique role extends beyond traditional executive support, offering a significant opportunity to coordinate high-stakes projects, facilitate critical deals, manage extensive communications, and actively contribute to the launch and growth of multiple business functions. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the client’s varied portfolio remains highly organized and operates seamlessly.

Schedule & Work Arrangement
This is a permanent work-from-home role operating Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM EST (4 work hours per day). The position is structured as an Independent Contractor.
Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant will skillfully manage multiple distinct 'identities' on behalf of the client, each with its own dedicated phone number and email, supporting various business functions:
- Franchise and Development (Support Manager): Involves researching and selecting vendors, liaising with city officials for permits, and reviewing bills.
- OnWire (Account Manager): Focuses on handling software renewals, providing customer quotes, managing subscriptions, and coordinating orders and payments.
- Property Management (Support Manager): Entails scheduling vendors for repairs, managing invoices, and addressing tenant concerns.
- BCS (Support Manager): Includes drafting essential documents such as engagement letters and Statements of Work (SOWs), managing marketing campaigns, executing lead generation activities, and overseeing virtual mailboxes.
- Personal (Executive Assistant): Involves managing the client’s personal calendar, reviewing invoices, and coordinating general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities Across All Identities
- Effective vendor and stakeholder communications
- Comprehensive calendar, email, and phone management
- Meticulous document preparation (utilizing in-house templates) and diligent follow-up
- Thorough bills and invoice review, processing payments, and managing disputes
- Proficient CRM usage for generating quotes and processing sales orders
- Diligent collections of outstanding balances
- Strategic marketing support and efficient lead screening
- Systematic virtual mailbox management
Requirements
Candidates for the Executive Assistant - Multi-Industry Entrepreneur role should possess:
- Exceptional English language proficiency, demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- A proven track record as an executive assistant or in a similar role managing complex, multi-faceted workloads.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adeptly juggle multiple priorities.
- Availability to work 4 hours per day during EST business hours (anytime between 8:00 AM & 6:00 PM).
- Outstanding organizational skills combined with meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to grasp the big picture.

- High adaptability and a keen eagerness to learn about various industries and business models.
