Overview
The Digital Tools & Automation Developer is the technical architect responsible for transforming AI-generated prototypes and specifications into production-ready healthcare solutions. Working on multiple simultaneous projects, you will bridge the gap between business concepts and functional, secure systems that directly impact healthcare operations.
Job Highlights
- Schedule: 40 hours a week with flexible hours (UK GMT 6am–6pm)
- Work Arrangement: Permanent work from home

Responsibilities
- Transform 7 existing partially-built applications into production-ready systems
- Integrate backend systems including APIs, databases, and third-party services
- Implement comprehensive testing frameworks and quality assurance processes
- Collaborate with AI-generated code to build functional applications
- Consolidate multiple tools and websites into unified dashboard solutions
- Provide ongoing optimization and performance improvements
- Support new project development from ideation through deployment
- Work directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements
- Ensure healthcare compliance and data security standards are met
Requirements
- Strong full-stack development experience with JavaScript and TypeScript
- Proven ability to work with APIs, databases, and backend integration
- Experience with testing frameworks and quality assurance methodologies
- Comfortable working with AI-generated code and specifications
- Understanding of UI/UX implementation and collaboration with design teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills for working with non-technical stakeholders
- Bonus: Healthcare or pharmacy sector experience and knowledge of HIPAA or similar standards
Additional Information
This role is a permanent work-from-home position as an Independent Contractor. Candidates must have their own computer and internet connection and are responsible for their own benefits and taxes.
