Overview

The Digital Tools & Automation Developer is the technical architect responsible for transforming AI-generated prototypes and specifications into production-ready healthcare solutions. Working on multiple simultaneous projects, you will bridge the gap between business concepts and functional, secure systems that directly impact healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Transform 7 existing partially-built applications into production-ready systems
• Integrate backend systems including APIs, databases, and third-party services
• Implement comprehensive testing frameworks and quality assurance processes
• Collaborate with AI-generated code to build functional applications
• Consolidate multiple tools and websites into unified dashboard solutions
• Provide ongoing optimization and performance improvements
• Support new project development from ideation through deployment
• Work directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements
• Ensure healthcare compliance and data security standards are met

Requirements

• Strong full-stack development experience with JavaScript and TypeScript
• Proven ability to work with APIs, databases, and backend integration
• Experience with testing frameworks and quality assurance methodologies
• Comfortable working with AI-generated code and specifications
• Understanding of UI/UX implementation and collaboration with design teams
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills for working with non-technical stakeholders
• Bonus: Healthcare or pharmacy sector experience and knowledge of HIPAA or similar standards
