Overview
Join BruntWork as a Creative Content & Marketing Specialist. This remote position works Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM CST (schedule may adjust) for a total of 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Design: Create branded graphics and original layouts using Canva, produce short-form videos with CapCut, edit content, and draft various written materials including social media posts, newsletters, articles, and thought leadership pieces. Use AI tools, especially Gemini, to enhance content ideation and optimization.
Social Media Management: Manage a content calendar across platforms, schedule posts via HubSpot, ensure consistent brand messaging, and provide actionable feedback based on performance data.
Newsletter & Communication: Design, draft, schedule, and distribute newsletters. Repurpose content for consistency and highlight key stories and updates.
Tracking & Measurement: Build dashboards to track KPIs such as reach, engagement, and conversions; report performance insights to leadership.
Project & Workflow Management: Utilize Asana to manage tasks, deadlines, and workflows, ensuring smooth transition from initial content creation to final scheduled posts.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Canva and creating original digital layouts.
- Skilled in video editing using CapCut and associated tools.
- Strong writing and editing abilities for diverse content formats.
- Experience using AI tools, especially Gemini, for content optimization.
- Project management experience with Asana and HubSpot.
- Ability to design dashboards and track key performance indicators.
- Proven capability to maintain brand consistency.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
