The Business Development Representative at BruntWork is a work-from-home, independent contractor role. You will be handling outbound calls, developing client relationships, and promoting a custom t-shirt fundraising platform for sports teams, schools, charities, and organizations.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients including sports teams, schools, charities, and organizations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with coaches, administrators, and organization leaders.
- Explain the custom t-shirt fundraising program and its benefits.
- Connect prospects with the fundraising platform and assist in the registration process.
- Promote BruntWork's services and generate new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Strong communication and phone skills.
- Experience in sales, business development, or customer outreach preferred.
- Ability to build rapport with diverse contacts.
- Understanding of fundraising needs for sports teams, schools, and charitable organizations.
- Self-motivated and resilient in a sales environment.
Perks & Work Arrangement
This independent contractor role offers paid hours (20 per week) working Monday - Friday, 11am - 3pm Central Time. It is a permanent work-from-home opportunity where candidates will use their own computer and internet connection and manage their own benefits and taxes. Immediate hiring is available.
