About the Role

We’re hiring a bilingual telemarketer to make outbound calls to people who have received a letter about unclaimed funds. Your main goal is simple: confirm they received the letter and book an appointment for a follow-up call. This is a high-volume calling role with clear scripts and processes in place.

Job Highlights

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PST)
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to qualified leads
  • Follow a structured call schedule over 3–4 weeks
  • Book appointments for interested prospects
  • Leave voicemails and track call outcomes
  • Update call activity in the CRM
  • Communicate in both Spanish and English

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or outbound calls
  • Comfortable making high-volume calls daily
  • Able to work independently and follow scripts
  • Reliable internet and remote setup

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Familiarity with dialers (auto-dialer/power dialer)
  • Background in customer service, collections, or financial services
