About the Role
We’re hiring a bilingual telemarketer to make outbound calls to people who have received a letter about unclaimed funds. Your main goal is simple: confirm they received the letter and book an appointment for a follow-up call. This is a high-volume calling role with clear scripts and processes in place.
Job Highlights
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PST)
- Work Arrangement: Work from home
- Contract: Independent Contractor
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to qualified leads
- Follow a structured call schedule over 3–4 weeks
- Book appointments for interested prospects
- Leave voicemails and track call outcomes
- Update call activity in the CRM
- Communicate in both Spanish and English
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or outbound calls
- Comfortable making high-volume calls daily
- Able to work independently and follow scripts
- Reliable internet and remote setup
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM tools
- Familiarity with dialers (auto-dialer/power dialer)
- Background in customer service, collections, or financial services
