We are seeking a self-motivated professional who can work independently and manage their own pipeline with high efficiency. Schedule
Monday - Friday, Flexible hours across US Time Zones (Eastern, Pacific, Mountain, or Hawaiian Time) [starting at 20 hours per week with strong potential to transition to full-time 40 hours per week based on performance]
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cold calling and cold emailing campaigns to prospects in the fintech and payment processing verticals
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments with technical decision-makers including engineers, operations teams, and technical leadership
- Utilize the provided prospect lists from data enrichment tools to execute outbound outreach on a daily or weekly cadence
- Engage in consultative conversations with prospects about payment processing systems, transaction data, and technical integrations
- Maintain flexible scheduling to reach prospects across multiple US time zones and optimize contact rates.
Must-Have Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B outbound sales with a track record of appointment setting and lead generation
- Strong knowledge of fintech, payment processing, transaction systems, and how money moves through financial systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to discuss technical concepts with engineers and operations professionals
