About the Role

Brunel is partnering with a leading resource company to recruit a Specialist Data Analyst. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong systems, computer science, and data visualization skills to join a growing procurement team in a strategically critical field.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and outliers
• Maintain data visualization standards and best practices
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Ensure data governance standards for data quality and integrity

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, or related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in data visualization and analytics
• Expertise in Power BI dashboard creation and customization
• Strong SQL skills and experience with complex queries
• Knowledge of ETL processes, data modelling, and integrated data systems
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
