Overview
The Data & Insights Analyst - CRM at BRP will lead the execution of enhancing content distribution channels by transforming raw data into actionable insights and delivering CRM communication campaigns. This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to optimize communication channels for dealerships, distributors, and B2B partners globally.
You Will Have the Opportunity To:
- Channel Optimization & Project Management: Manage project rollouts, track deliverables, timelines, and budgets using tools like Asana.
- Analytics & Performance Reporting: Analyze raw data, build PowerBI dashboards, segment audiences using CRM tools, Excel and PowerBI, and deliver regular reports.
- CRM Campaign Execution & Workflow Management: Design and execute multi-channel campaigns; build automated workflows using Adobe Campaign Classic and similar platforms; monitor system performance.
- Strategic Support & Documentation: Document best practices, support content creation and logistics, and research emerging trends in CRM and marketing automation.
Required Skills & Qualities
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Computer Science or a related field, along with 5+ years of relevant experience, strong project management skills, technical proficiency with raw data, PowerBI, CRM platforms like Adobe Campaign Classic, and familiarity with SQL, HTML, CSS, and Python. Excellent presentation and collaboration abilities, with an understanding of data privacy regulations, are essential.
