Senior Customer Marketing Manager On Trade

As a senior member of the Customer Marketing team, you will maximize value and commercial impact for our portfolio of brands with key On Trade Customers. You will drive activation strategies for assigned channels and/or groups of On Trade customers within the UK market. You are expected to combine a strategic business approach with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Meaningful Work From Day One

You will efficiently manage your workload within the assigned channel or customer group. Leadership involves identifying strategic customers and programs aligned with overall business goals, and integrating seamlessly with other channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Value Creation: Translate brand propositions into customer marketing activations that boost P&L for both brand portfolio and customer.
  • Manage budget across customer marketing activations and align resource allocation with key brands.
  • Evaluate activations against KPIs, critical success factors, and ROI.
  • Strategic Relationships & Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and collaborate with internal teams including Brand Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Category & Insights.
  • Work closely with Account Managers and Sales/Finance teams for enabling omni-channel activation plans.
  • Drive for Results: Support development of On Trade Customer Marketing strategy and ensure activations align with commercial targets and budgets.
  • Conduct regular trade visits to understand operational challenges on the On Trade channel.
  • Lead & Inspire: Act as a role model, delivering premium On Trade activations while fostering an inclusive team culture.

What You Bring To The Table

  • Qualified in brand, customer, and/or trade marketing with FMCG/Spirits experience.
  • Proven ability in developing tenders, annual plans, and bespoke activations.
  • Strong interpersonal, project, and budget management skills.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, analytical and conceptual skills.
