What You Can Expect
Value Creation: Develop strategic trademark plans, enhance brand positioning, oversee communication strategy and brand activations, partner on revenue growth management, and leverage consumer & shopper insights.
Drive for Results: Engage in problem solving and prioritization, deliver near and long-term brand growth, and optimize resource allocation while leading marketing mix modelling initiatives.
Lead & Inspire: Serve as an active member of the Marketing Leadership team, build strong cross-functional alliances, provide leadership to a team of 5 direct reports, foster a diverse and inclusive culture, and drive team development.

Applicants must have a proven track record in brand growth, strong leadership and decision-making abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, and experience in managing teams and agencies, including event, partnership, and sponsorship leadership.
