PMO Supervisor Role Overview
Built on meritocracy, Brown & Brown rewards self-starters committed to customer success. The PMO Supervisor is responsible for recruiting, onboarding new PMO teammates and contractors while dedicating 50% of their time supporting PMO projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment by collaborating with hiring managers and teammate resources.
- Design and execute onboarding programs for new hires and contractors.
- Champion PMO processes and culture, ensuring smooth Day One experiences.
- Mentor and develop staff during the onboarding period, monitoring performance and feedback.
- Maintain project management tools and provide leadership to project teams.
- Track and report on hiring and onboarding metrics.
Required Certificates & Experience
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- CAPM or PMP certification.
- Insurance industry experience preferred (3-5 years).
- Lean/Six Sigma, CSM and/or CSPO certifications are a plus.
