Key Responsibilities

  • Assess coverage, determine liability, and evaluate damages.
  • Communicate regularly with customers via phone, email, and text.
  • Utilize digital platforms to manage and resolve claims.
  • Negotiate repairs with claimants, facilities, and vendors.
  • Document claims activity accurately within internal systems.
  • Support customers through the claim and repair process.
  • Collaborate with fellow adjusters on shared responsibilities.

Skills & Experience

  • Marine experience in service writing, parts, technician, or inspection.
  • Ability to read and write repair orders, estimates, and invoices.
  • Verifying parts pricing and labor time using guides and field experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay and Benefits
