Brown & Brown is seeking a talented individual to join our growing team as a Health & Benefits Consultant. This role offers flexibility with remote or hybrid work options.
How You Will Contribute
- Coordinate and manage RFPs, implementations, and renewals between vendors and teams.
- Support client strategic plans with data-informed benefits solutions.
- Review compliance documents and employee communications for legal standards.
- Serve as the primary contact for client management and resource coordination.
- Design advanced benefits strategies with actuarial and health teammates.
- Provide project management expertise for successful client initiatives.
- Analyze data and financial metrics, conduct utilization reviews, and perform audits.
- Summarize analyses into actionable recommendations for clients.
Licensure And Certifications
Life and Health license must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
Skills And Experience To Be Successful
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of experience in employee benefits consulting
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Pay Range
120,000 - 160,000 Annual. This range is based on experience, geography, and budget.
