Brown & Brown offers high-quality, specialist products to Personal and Commercial clients throughout the UK, maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention rates by focusing on client needs. You will be an integral part of a busy, proactive team specializing in Commercial Insurance.

The Role of a Commercial Motor Broker Support

This role focuses on providing essential support within a commercial motor insurance broking environment, ensuring efficient handling of client accounts and contributing to business growth. Brown & Brown prioritizes training and development, providing a full induction and comprehensive training plan for successful applicants.

Key Responsibilities

  • New business quoting, negotiating, broking, and administration, aiming to convert new business enquiries in line with or exceeding company targets.
  • Renewal negotiating, broking, and administration, converting renewal business in line with or exceeding company targets.
  • Processing midterm adjustments and related administration.
  • Handling incoming and outbound calls from both new and existing clients.
  • Maintaining day-to-day compliance procedures in accordance with FCA regulation.
  • Effectively managing an individual diary to ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Cross-selling other relevant insurance products to clients.

About You

While previous experience in insurance account management or broker support is desired, it is not essential, as full training will be provided.
