Senior Product Designer
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of Brooklinen’s digital experience. You’ll own specific work lanes across our eCommerce platform—leading with research, designing systems that scale, and creating experiences that balance creativity with measurable business impact. Overview
At Brooklinen, design isn’t just about how things look—it’s about how they work for our customers and for the business. This role is highly collaborative and partners closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Merchandising while driving the full lifecycle of design work from research to iteration.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end design initiatives across key areas including research and iteration.
- Lead generative research to uncover insights that shape product direction.
- Design and evolve scalable systems and components across teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver practical, inspiring solutions.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team growth and process improvement.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field.
- 5–8+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Expertise in UX, UI, interaction design, and prototyping tools such as Figma.
- Experience leading generative research and influencing roadmaps with data-driven insights.
- Mobile-first approach with attention to performance, accessibility, and usability.
Nice to Have
Experience with bundling, gifting, personalization, cross-sell/upsell, analytics tools (GA4, Amplitude, etc.) and AI-powered discovery experiences.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary range: $160,000–$180,000 plus comprehensive benefits including health, retirement, commuter benefits, product discounts, wellness support, parental leave, summer Fridays, generous PTO, sabbatical, equity, and flexible hybrid work arrangement.
