Overview

We’re seeking a strategic, data-driven Senior Growth Marketing Associate to shape insight-led strategies, connecting brand storytelling with data-informed decisions to drive cross-channel campaigns with measurable impact.

What you’ll do

  • Support strategy and execution for growth marketing across offline and digital channels.
  • Identify, test, and scale opportunities that bridge growth with brand impact.
  • Define and track KPIs such as Unique Reach, CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
  • Collaborate across teams including Brand, Creative, Retention, and Site.
  • Manage campaign calendars, creative assets, media plans, and timelines.

We’re looking for someone who brings

  • 2–4 years in growth, brand, or performance marketing in DTC eCommerce.
  • A balance between performance mindset and compelling brand storytelling.
  • Knowledge of current marketing channels including offline (CTV, Audio, OOH) and emerging platforms.
  • Strong familiarity with growth KPIs and mature measurement frameworks.
  • Effective strategic thinking and rapid execution skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary ranges between $70K and $93K. Benefits include health, dental, vision, fertility support, 401K match, commuter benefits, product discounts, wellness support, parental leave, summer Fridays, vacation, sabbatical, a hybrid work schedule, remote weeks, and competitive equity grants.
