Overview
Brookfield is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology projects for our Technology Services Group. This role requires excellent communication, strong leadership, and the ability to drive high-impact initiatives across various business sectors including finance, investor relations, treasury, insurance, and data/automation platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope and success criteria with senior leadership.
- Manage full project lifecycle from planning to delivery.
- Establish governance frameworks and maintain stakeholder engagement.
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones and budgets.
- Coordinate resources to align projects with strategic goals.
- Monitor budgets and report financial status to leadership.
- Lead vendor negotiations and support procurement strategies.
- Assess and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Deliver timely and clear communications to all stakeholders.
- Uphold IT risk management and compliance standards across projects.
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology or a related discipline, along with 7–9 years of progressive experience managing complex IT or business technology projects. Experience in financial services or asset management, familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, FIS DX, MS Dynamics, and other enterprise systems is critical. Agile/PMP certifications and experience with process improvement methodologies are assets. Willingness to travel as required is expected.
Compensation & Culture
Salary ranges between $130K and $140K with an additional short-term incentive program. Brookfield values entrepreneurial, collaborative and disciplined individuals, and is committed to a positive, respectful work environment.
