Overview

Brookfield Real Estate Group is one of the world's largest investors in real estate. As a Sustainability Analyst, you will join the Sustainability Management team to drive sustainability initiatives across a global portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investor Relations & Fundraising: Prepare presentations, conduct research, and support client interactions.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Advance and integrate Brookfield Real Estate’s sustainability strategy.
  • Sustainability Reporting & Communications: Develop reports, compile data, and create investor materials.
  • Data Management & Analysis: Conduct data aggregation, validate metrics, and perform sustainability due diligence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Research: Liaise globally, perform benchmarking, and support internal education efforts.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. 1–3 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Familiarity with Power BI is an asset. Strong quantitative, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential.
