Job Description
The Investment Operations Associate - Security Master is responsible for the creation and maintenance of security master data for multiple security types across fixed income, equity, bank loan, swaps and derivative instruments. The role involves collaboration with reconciliation, corporate actions, trade support, performance, compliance, and technology teams.
- Utilize systems including Geneva, IVP, Eze, and Bloomberg.
- Support security creation and maintenance manually and automatically.
- Investigate and resolve security master data issues.
- Engage with multiple teams and external vendors.
- Manage process improvement initiatives and corporate actions coverage.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least 3 years of experience in buy-side operations with a focus on security master data. Experience with portfolio accounting systems, Bloomberg, and process improvement are essential. Strong problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strategic communication are required.
