Investor Applications Analyst
The Technology Services Group (TSG) is responsible for ensuring consistent technology infrastructure and a standard set of tools and applications across our Asset Management business. An Analyst will be part of a dynamic team responsible for Investor Applications operations and growth.
About the Role
You will be providing exceptional service to various business groups across our Asset Management business by delivering new solutions and enhancements to support business growth while managing business as usual tasks to support core business applications. This position requires advanced knowledge of the Asset Management industry, including Institutional and Wealth distribution channels along with technical skills to be able to configure applications, build integrations, and deliver complex solutions.
Responsibilities:
Technical:
- Contribute to the configuration, customization, and ongoing management of Brookfield’s Salesforce environments, including Sales & Service, Financial Service Clouds, Agentforce, Data 360, Tableau Next.
- Build and maintain trusted, collaborative relationships with business stakeholders and technical teams across the organization.
- Collaborate with business units to evaluate existing capabilities and identify opportunities for enhanced or new functionality aligned with strategic goals.
- Partner with internal technology teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of Brookfield’s Salesforce instance and be able to articulate both technical and functional configurations to various stakeholders.
- Own and execute a broad range of tasks, including support for service tickets, enhancement requests, and project deliverables.
- Continuously enhance technical skills through self-directed learning, exploring new tools and technologies to support growth and innovation.
- Analyze business needs and work with architect for scalable, flexible Salesforce solutions that align with organizational standards and best practices.
- Document business requirements into well-defined technical specifications and solution designs.
- Contribute towards the full development lifecycle—design, build, test, document, and deploy solutions with a focus on performance, usability, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot complex issues using various diagnostic methods and tools, ensuring long-term resolution.
- Stay current with new Salesforce features, releases, and Brookfield-specific customizations.
- Perform advanced data analysis through ad hoc queries to support reporting, issue resolution, and data migration.
- Organize and interpret data to develop actionable insights and recommendations that support business decisions.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies that can support Brookfield’s business growth and digital strategy.
Communication:
- Communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner, tailored to the needs of both technical and non-technical team members.
- Contribute to system documentation to support internal knowledge sharing and continuity within the Technology team.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, particularly within Sales & Service Cloud, Financial Service Cloud, especially:
- Strong understanding of Platform Configuration including dynamic forms, flows, security model, user management, reporting.
- Know-how of Advance configuration methodology including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), API, Platform events.
- Trailhead badges/fundamental knowledge with different Salesforce products including Data 360, TableauNext, Agentforce.
- Knowledge of cloud‑native integration and automation platforms like Workato.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze data; summarize findings and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including leadership and end users.
- Solid understanding of Agile software development methodology, including experience participating in sprints, stand-ups, and backlog grooming.
- Salesforce Certifications (preferred):
- Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce JavaScript Developer or equivalent
- Platform Developer II or any architecture certification is a plus
- Ranger on trailhead
- Computer Science university degree/college diploma or equivalent
Preferred Experience:
- Industry exposure to Financial Services Industry - Asset Management, Wealth Management.
- Foundational understanding of how Multi-ORG Salesforce environments are supported.
- Foundational understanding on technologies including: Snowflake, Workato, FISDX, Intralinks, Loopio, Seismic, Jira or other project management tools, Front-end development technologies (LWC).
