Located at Brookfield Place New York – 250 Vesey Street, 15th Floor, the Technology Services (TS) team is vital for delivering all enterprise infrastructure, applications, and end-user technology services across Brookfield's approximately 6,500 users. This role offers an immersive experience within a dynamic, global organization.
About Technology Services Group
We are seeking a Technology Services Intern for the 2026/2027 academic year to join our NYC office. This non-engineering, non-coding-heavy role is designed for a well-rounded individual passionate about technology and data solutions, with strong problem-solving skills and an aptitude for continuous learning. You will gain exposure to a broad spectrum of enterprise applications and technology initiatives supporting various finance and business groups, focusing on systems learning, project support, governance, and platform management for fundraising, operations, marketing, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations across a portfolio of enterprise applications used by multiple business groups, including finance, marketing, operations, and investor-facing teams.
- Help manage and maintain application-related documentation, processes, and governance standards.
- Troubleshoot and conduct testing on reported issues, developing solutions to ensure problems are corrected.
- Track results, log errors, and report any technical challenges to the team lead.
- Capture requirements and procedures for comprehensive documentation.
- Work closely with team members to understand tool and system usage across the business and how processes connect.
- Gain exposure to corporate culture and the work environment through rotations into technology-related functions.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Management, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated passion for process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Working knowledge of IT processes, application integration, and database concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide recommendations that drive operational efficiency.
- Excellent analytical skills for interpreting business requirements.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration among stakeholders for solution delivery.
- Willingness to continuously learn and share knowledge with others.
- The Internship will begin as soon as possible, requiring a minimum of 15 hours per week during the school year and full-time commitment during summer 2026 (June – August).
