Role Description

The Global Client Group Diligence Management Associate Real Estate plays a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end fund due diligence process for Brookfield’s real estate funds. The Associate collaborates with Client Relationship Managers, Fundraise Management, Investor Relations, Marketing, Product Development, Legal, Compliance, Tax and other stakeholders to create and manage diligence materials and guide prospective investors through the process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage due diligence deliverables (DDQs, RFPs, RFIs, presentations, etc.).
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to respond to investor diligence requests.
  • Plan and oversee investor interactions including calls, meetings, and asset tours.
  • Create initial due diligence materials prior to fund launch.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Brookfield’s real estate funds and investment strategies.
  • Utilize various tools (Salesforce, Loopio, PowerBI, etc.) to manage the process.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business management, marketing, communications or a related field is required along with 3-5 years of experience in real estate fund marketing, due diligence, sales, or client services. Familiarity with institutional investors and real estate asset class is essential. Strong project management skills and effective communication are crucial.

Compensation

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 with a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Compensation is competitive and adjusted for local market conditions.
