Job Description

The Diligence Management Associate partners with prospective investors, CRMs and other stakeholders to manage all aspects of the due diligence process for Brookfield’s real estate funds. You will help create diligence materials before fund launch, manage deliverables during fundraising, and coordinate client calls, meetings, asset tours, and on-site visits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage due diligence deliverables (DDQs, RFPs, RFIs, etc.).
  • Coordinate interactions between investors and investment teams.
  • Create and update client-facing materials and marketing collateral.
  • Manage timelines and resources across multiple projects.
  • Utilize tools such as Loopio, Salesforce, and PowerBI.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business management, marketing, communications, or a related field. 3-5 years experience in real estate fund marketing, due diligence, sales, client services, or related functions. Experience in institutional private fund marketing and familiarity with high volume processes is highly desired.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with relevant software tools is a plus.

Compensation

Salary Range: $120k - $160k, plus a short-term incentive program (cash bonus), adjusted based on geography and market conditions.
