Role Overview
The Associate/Senior Associate - Diligence Management plays a pivotal role in the end-to-end due diligence process for Brookfield’s private credit funds and multi-asset solutions. Partnering with Client Relationship Managers, Investor Relations, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and other stakeholders, this role helps create and manage due diligence materials, coordinate client calls, meetings, asset tours, and more to advance investor engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage due diligence materials (DDQs, RFPs, RFIs, presentations).
- Coordinate investor interactions including calls, meetings, and onsite visits.
- Collaborate with CRMs, investment teams, and other stakeholders.
- Create and update client-facing materials and marketing collateral.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Brookfield’s credit and multi-asset platforms.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required in finance, economics, business management or related discipline. 4-7 years of experience in private credit fund marketing, due diligence, sales, client services or similar roles is needed. The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a global environment.
