Job Description
The Capital Markets team at Brookfield Asset Management drives property and corporate financing initiatives including debt structuring, underwriting, and global financing coordination. As a member of the team, the Analyst / Associate will support debt placement, prepare underwriting and financing materials, conduct market research, maintain detailed reports, and develop relationships with capital providers.
Position Summary
This role is ideal for a motivated individual with 1-3 years relevant experience in real estate underwriting or investment banking. Responsibilities include supporting debt placement and structuring, preparing financing materials, executing transactions, performing market analysis, and maintaining key data sets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1-3 years relevant experience in real estate or investment banking
- Proficiency in Excel, Argus, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related fields
Compensation
Base salary with a short-term incentive program. Salary range: $105,000 - $180,000.
