Product Manager, Business Services

Brookfield Renewable U.S. is seeking a dynamic and collaborative Product Manager – Business Services to join our high-performing team. You will play a key role in developing and executing growth strategies in North America, focusing on process improvements and revenue enhancement initiatives across various business groups. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive value from our platforms, develop innovative solutions, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the entire lifecycle of assigned business applications, including Salesforce and Sirion Labs, ensuring product health, effective vendor management, and high stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Support Workday by partnering with business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and coordinating with the application owner for successful delivery.
  • Adapt to evolving business needs and priorities, readily taking on new responsibilities as they arise.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for optimization and innovation, leading to cost savings, increased efficiency, and business transformation.
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define clear requirements and outcomes, ensuring technology aligns with current and future digital transformation objectives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to prioritize initiatives and develop compelling business cases to justify project investments.
  • Lead multiple projects concurrently, effectively managing scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring the achievement of business outcomes.
  • Demonstrate strong self-driven leadership and the ability to influence others, simplifying complex problems, advocating for solutions, and expressing opinions constructively.
  • Promote the adoption of AI tools across the organization by fostering awareness, engagement, and practical usage.
  • Collaborate with other product managers and technology owners to assess and integrate AI capabilities into business platforms, ensuring alignment with product goals and technical feasibility.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in technology product management.
  • Proven experience leading medium to large projects with a well-rounded technical background.
  • Experience with Salesforce (CRM), Sirion (CLM), Workday (HRIS), or similar enterprise solutions is preferred.
  • Experience with AWS tools, Databricks, Power BI, Alteryx, and Tableau is a plus.
  • Experience or certification in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or PMP is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to write and deliver presentations.
  • Highly collaborative, flexible, and team-oriented.
