Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of affordable multi-family properties.
• Analyze monthly financial statements for executive summaries.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate property improvements.
• Maintain strong relationships with property managers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies for compliance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3 years of experience in residential asset management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, real estate, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in affordable housing sector.
• Understanding of real estate development, leasing, and asset management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.
• Strong teamwork and accountability.

Salary & Additional Information
