At Broadridge, we empower others to accomplish more. We are seeking a dynamic Vice President Business Development Investor Relations to lead the strategy and management of our new investor relations product suite targeting key markets: US, Canada, UK, and Japan.

Job Responsibilities

  • Global Strategy: Develop the investor relations product suite strategy with a global outlook.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle from inception to deployment in diverse markets.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Support senior leaders across US, EMEA, and Canada for cohesive strategy execution.
  • Market Analysis & M&A: Conduct comprehensive reviews and support the M&A pipeline.
  • Performance Monitoring: Set and track KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years in business development/product leadership within investor relations or issuer services.
  • Extensive experience in global markets and understanding of IR ecosystem and fintech solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and strategic thinking.
  • An outstanding academic background; an undergraduate degree with ideally a graduate degree from a top-ranked university.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation ranges between $200,000 and $225,000 with bonus eligibility. For additional details on benefits, please visit Broadridge Benefits. Colorado employees receive paid sick leave in compliance with legal requirements.
