Responsibilities
The role involves planning, executing, and tracking client-facing, technology-driven projects and software releases. You will:
- Capture scope and develop timelines with detailed forecasting and work plans.
- Understand technical requirements and associated challenges.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Track project budgets and resource allocation to ensure proper resources.
- Identify, document, and mitigate project risks.
- Maintain software release schedules, status, and timelines.
- Participate as a Scrum Master when needed.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in technical project management or Scrum Master roles, including at least 3 years with a software vendor.
- Comprehensive knowledge of software architecture and Agile SDLC.
- Experience with both Agile Scrum teams and Agile/Waterfall frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to drive results.
Additional Information
This position offers bonus eligibility and competitive compensation between $135,000 and $150,000 annually. Broadridge provides comprehensive benefits and fosters an inclusive environment. The application deadline is December 15th, 2025.
