This integrated platform enhances client service and streamlines operational workflows.

Role Overview: Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering Client Implementation Projects, primarily for the CAIP Business Line. You will collaborate closely with clients to define project scope and plans, ensuring adherence to firm delivery standards while holding both client and internal teams accountable. Strong influencing skills are crucial for maintaining delivery timelines and meeting contractual obligations.

Key Accountabilities

  • Managing the delivery of Client Implementations within an Agile environment.
  • Participating in all phases of client onboarding, including scoping, data integration/configuration definition, user testing support, training, and migration activities, ensuring governance framework adherence.
  • Defining and tracking Program Increments aligned with Project and Product Roadmaps, actively participating in Program Increment planning, and aligning all delivery teams (Broadridge and client).
  • Providing concise and accurate information to inform and drive actions, reporting progress to clients and internally throughout the project.
  • Working with stakeholders to ensure a clearly defined, managed, and tracked acceptance definition plan for program completion and interim phases.
  • Managing and coordinating teams during all implementation test phases, aligned to the acceptance definition, ensuring effective issue/defect management and prioritization.
  • Collaborating with clients and conversion analysts to manage the definition, delivery, and acceptance approach for migrating data from legacy systems to our target processing solution.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Working with Scope Owners, Business Analysts, and clients to ensure delivery plans and activities align with the agreed solution scope.
  • Partnering with the Program Manager to track projects against the agreed business case, with a focus on closely controlled change management for internal or client-defined changes outside baseline scope.
  • Identifying, managing, and mitigating risks and issues during implementation, feeding into overall governance and controls.
  • Working with service delivery teams and clients to navigate the transition from implementation to live running and support (Product Readiness).
  • Providing effective feedback and data to relevant teams on delivery quality to ensure products and services are of the highest standard.
  • Collaborating closely with internal (including remote) teams on implementation activities and providing mentoring/guidance to junior team members.
  • Actively monitoring and reviewing implementation processes, driving initiatives for continual improvement in collaboration with peers.
  • Driving improvements across the team and projects to deliver high-quality releases.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements / Competencies:

  • Proven track record of project delivery within a banking and/or vendor environment.
