This role focuses on managing complex renovations, closures, and relocations across multiple locations in collaboration with various departments.

About the Role

The WorkPlace Senior Project Manager will report into Global Real Estate and Workplace Services (GREWS) to oversee comprehensive project lifecycles. Responsibilities include developing project schedules, coordinating integrated workstreams (IT, Facilities, Engineering, and more), and ensuring deliverables meet timelines under PMO standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage overall project coordination, execution, and control for workplace deliverables.
  • Oversee end-to-end lifecycle for renovations, closures, and staff relocations.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams including GREWS, IT, Facilities, Engineering, and Vendors.
  • Integrate project schedules with cross-department partners and manage risks.
  • Communicate consistently with mid-level and senior executives and lead team meetings.

Experience & Skills

A minimum of 10+ years in infrastructure or workplace renovation projects, strong proficiency with Microsoft Project, and advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite are required. The candidate must excel in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate effective communication, and foster collaborative work among cross-functional teams.
