Major Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine capital planning framework.
  • Forecast long-term capital needs and investment returns.
  • Conduct rigorous financial modeling and investment evaluation.
  • Prepare and present capital plans to executive leadership and board.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics for capital performance.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Treasury, Corporate Development, and Operations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
  • Champion process improvements using advanced analytics and digital tools.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in finance or related field is required (MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred) along with at least 10 years of experience in corporate finance, capital planning, or financial analysis. Experience with financial modeling, regulatory compliance, and leadership in complex organizations is essential.
