Bristlecone is seeking an Associate Principal - SAP with a strong focus on SAP EWM Technical to join our S4 HANA Technical - Delivery department. In this role, you will drive the success of our technical delivery, mentor our team, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the SAP team, providing technical expertise and guidance.
• Oversee the implementation and support of SAP EWM Technical solutions.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, innovative SAP solutions to clients.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP initiatives with business goals.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Identify and address technical challenges, offering creative solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the S4 HANA Technical - Delivery department.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP, with a strong focus on EWM Technical.
• Proven leadership and management skills, with a track record of success.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S4 HANA and its technical aspects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management.
• Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a creative approach.
• Experience in mentoring and developing junior team members.
• Familiarity with industry best practices and standards in SAP implementation.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications in SAP S4 HANA and/or EWM Technical are highly preferred.
