We are looking for a highly skilled GoHighLevel Expert to join our team full-time and take complete ownership of our client CRM systems and automations.
Role Overview
As a GoHighLevel Expert, you will be responsible for managing, building, and optimizing everything within the GoHighLevel platform. This includes CRM setup, workflow automation, funnel building, pipeline management, and implementing advanced features like Voice AI agents tailored to client needs. You should be someone who can independently handle end-to-end GoHighLevel operations and deliver scalable solutions for multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management
- Set up and manage GoHighLevel accounts for multiple clients
- Customize pipelines, opportunities, and stages based on business needs
- Maintain and optimize overall CRM performance
Automation & Workflows
- Build advanced workflows, triggers, and automations
- Automate lead nurturing, follow-ups, and customer journeys
- Optimize existing automations for better conversion rates
Funnels & Forms
- Create high-converting funnels, landing pages, and forms
- Integrate forms with workflows and CRM pipelines
- Ensure seamless lead capture and tracking
Voice AI & Advanced Features
- Create, train, and deploy Voice AI agents within GoHighLevel
- Customize AI interactions based on client requirements
- Continuously improve AI performance and user experience
Integrations
- Integrate GoHighLevel with third-party tools (Zapier, APIs, etc.)
- Ensure smooth data flow between platforms
Client Support & Strategy
