Position Overview
The Product Manager – App Development Healthcare Payer is responsible for defining a clear vision and roadmap for 1–2 key digital products within the healthcare payer domain. This role drives the end-to-end development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with industry standards such as HIPAA, NCQA, and CMS.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain product vision and roadmap.
- Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX, QA, compliance, business, and data teams.
- Write and groom user stories with Agile best practices.
- Oversee complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Monitor KPIs and optimize product performance.
- Lead training, documentation and product demos for adoption.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field with 4–6 years of product management experience. Experience in app development within healthcare or other regulated industries is preferred.
