About the role
Tech Specialist, Automation Solutions
We are seeking a Power Automate Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable process automation solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role focuses on delivering end-to-end automation capabilities that enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and drive digital transformation for business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for automation opportunities.
- Design and implement low-code/no-code automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop).
- Develop, test, and deploy workflows integrating with SharePoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Forms, and other Microsoft 365 connectors.
- Build robust automation frameworks including error handling mechanisms, logging and monitoring, and retry and recovery strategies.
- Provide effort estimations, technical design documents, and solution architecture.
- Optimize workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and adoption.
- Provide post-deployment support, enhancements, and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with Power Platform advancements, new connectors, and automation best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and/or Desktop).
- Strong experience in process automation and workflow orchestration within Microsoft 365.
- Expertise in integrating with SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Forms.
- Good understanding of the automation lifecycle: requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing & deployment.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in automation optimization and performance tuning.
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact with business stakeholders.
Good to Have
- Experience with Power Apps, Power BI.
- Experience with VBA / Excel Macros.
- Familiarity with Automation Anywhere (RPA) or similar tools (UiPath, Blue Prism) for enterprise-grade process automation.
- Basic knowledge of APIs and connectors.
- Understanding of RPA concepts and enterprise automation strategies.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
