About the Account Manager Role

The Account Manager position is a key role within the Brillio Customer Success team for North America. In this role, you will help drive sales, business development strategies, and executive relationships for one of our most strategic Organizational Management clients.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage client relationships at all levels
  • Build trust by understanding client business goals and culture
  • Position Brillio as a strategic IT partner and identify new avenues for partnership
  • Manage account P&L and high-level delivery responsibilities
  • Map Brillio’s capabilities and solutions to client’s requirements
  • Develop new relationships with marquee Fortune 1000 customers
