Job Description

About Brightwheel

Brightwheel is revolutionizing the early education industry, a critical sector for childhood development and a significant market underserved by technology. As the leading platform in early ed, we're trusted by millions of educators and families. We are a three-time Cloud 100 company, backed by prominent investors including Addition, Bessemer, Emerson Collective, Lowercase Capital, Notable Capital, and Mark Cuban.

Our Team

Our team is composed of passionate, talented, and customer-focused individuals who embody our Leadership Principles. We foster a collaborative culture and operate as a distributed team with remote employees across all US time zones, alongside select offices in the US and internationally.

Who You Are

We are seeking a technically adept, AI-native analyst who views lead quality as a strategic advantage rather than a mere reporting task. You excel at building systems, not just spreadsheets. You are proficient in writing SQL for data warehouses, deploying lead scoring models, and presenting insights to senior leadership, including VPs of Sales. You work with speed, maintain thorough documentation, and automate processes whenever possible. You possess a builder's mindset within an operational environment, capable of taking an ambiguous problem, defining it, implementing data instrumentation, launching a version 1, and iterating based on feedback. You communicate with clarity, offer constructive feedback, and proactively identify next steps without direct supervision.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement a lead scoring model using high-intent product, behavioral, and firmographic data from Redshift, Salesforce, Gong, and Clay.
  • Develop and manage lead routing and distribution logic for inbound and outbound channels via LeanData and Salesforce, incorporating guardrails, alerts, and monitoring.
  • Automate routine analytical tasks such as distribution checks, connect rate diagnostics, closed-loss tagging, and resting period analysis.
  • Leverage AI tools like Claude, Gong transcript analysis, and NLP pipelines to extract insights from sales interactions at scale and provide actionable intelligence to Sales leadership.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), enhance lead quality, and translate analytical findings into strategic decisions.
  • Establish and maintain knowledge infrastructure, including documentation for routing logic, signal dictionaries, and model specifics, to ensure institutional knowledge sharing.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in analytical or operations roles within SaaS Sales Ops, RevOps, GTM Engineering, or a similar field.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce, including data storage, object functionality, and system structuring best practices.
  • Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with data warehouses such as Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake.
  • Familiarity with lead routing and distribution tools like LeanData, Salesforce routing rules, or ChiliPiper.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency, with experience building automated, repeatable workflows beyond basic communication tasks.
  • Experience in developing or contributing to lead scoring models, prioritization frameworks, or similar systems.
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to present complex analytical findings to VP-level stakeholders effectively.
