About the Role

Brightwheel is seeking an independent contractor to provide defined operations coordination and reporting services for brightwheel’s customer-facing teams. We are seeking a contractor with excellent organization and accuracy who can deliver consistent outputs aligned to documented requirements. The ideal contractor will possess a proven track record of working independently, communicating clearly, and consistently delivering work that is complete, timely, and error-free.

Scope of Services

As part of this engagement, the contractor will support brightwheel teams by delivering the following services:
  • Manage campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display); experience with Microsoft Ads is a plus.
  • Develop, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure accurate tracking via GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Conduct keyword research, build keyword lists, and manage match types and negatives.
  • Update campaign content to optimize campaigns.
  • Run A/B tests to improve CTR and conversions.
  • Analyze campaign data (CTR, CPC, CPA) and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting.
  • Track daily campaign performance and make adjustments to meet targets.
  • Monitor budget pacing and forecast performance against targets.
  • Prepare weekly reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external agency.

Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities

  • Strong English fluency (verbal and written)
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns & Google Analytics (2+ year minimum)
  • Strong hands-on keyboard expertise in Paid Search (Google, Bing, etc), specifically Google Ads. Experience in Bing & Meta Ads is a plus.
  • Specific examples of managed campaigns and evidence of conversion tracking and campaign optimization.
  • Experience manipulating, organizing, and maintaining data in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
  • High attention to detail with strong standards for accuracy and data integrity
  • Proven experience following documented processes consistently
  • Ability to use company-designated tools and systems as necessary to deliver contracted operational services
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment as an independent contractor supporting a U.S.-based company
  • Ability to work overlapping with U.S. time zones (Eastern Standard Time or Pacific Standard Time)

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

  • Google Ads certification
  • Experience with Meta/Facebook Ads
  • Proven experience in landing page optimization
  • Coordinating schedules, meetings, or recurring operational activities
  • Data entry, reporting updates, or maintaining trackers and spreadsheets
  • Supporting internal tools or systems (e.g., CRM, shared drives, reporting tools)
  • Operations support in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working for a U.S.-based company
