Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Administrative Assistant with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Position Details
This is a permanent full-time role working 76 hours per fortnight at our commercial catering facility in Malaga.
Responsibilities
- Provide efficient administrative support to Catering and Equipment Store.
- Manage daily operations including data entry and monthly invoicing.
- Oversee document management systems and procedures using financial software.
- Support operations by processing purchase orders and invoices accurately.

Requirements
- Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office and financial software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organise and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service and administrative roles.
- Experience with document management systems and data entry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Desirable: Experience with Epicor and/or Concur, commercial catering experience, First Aid Certificate.
- Valid National Police Certificate (within the past 12 months).
