Role Overview: Mathematics Teacher
We are looking for passionate and skilled Mathematics Teachers to teach students (ages 6–16) through personalized 1:1 online sessions. You will engage students across the US region helping them strengthen mathematical fundamentals, speed, and logical thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality 1:1 online Mathematics sessions to global students (ages 6–16)
- Conduct classes aligned to curriculum, assessments, and certification standards
- Drive exceptional learning outcomes by improving speed, accuracy, and logic
- Conduct periodic PTMs (Parent-Teacher Meetings) with an NPS target of 9+
- Contribute to curriculum enhancement and internal training programs
- Maintain timely communication, professionalism, and student engagement
- Track student progress and recommend learning pathways
Requirements
You are a great fit if you:
- Have strong foundational knowledge of Mathematics
- Are passionate about teaching Maths and student growth
- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
- Are confident, digitally fluent, and student-centric
Eligibility Criteria
- Prior experience in teaching Mathematics (online or offline)
- High-speed internet connection (30 Mbps minimum)
- Working laptop/PC with webcam and microphone
- Pen tablet (mandatory)
- Effective spoken English
Technical Skills Preferred
- Session handling confidence on digital platforms (Zoom/Gmeet)
- Ability to simplify complex Math concepts
- Strong logical reasoning and visualization skills
