About BrightCHAMPS
BrightChamps Tech Private Limited is actively seeking passionate English Tutors specializing in Public Speaking. This role offers the opportunity to teach Indian students aged 6–16 in a 1:1 online format, fostering their confidence and communication abilities. What You’ll Do as an English Tutor Public Speaking
- Teach Public Speaking and Communication Skills to students aged 6–16 years.
- Deliver fun, engaging 1:1 online sessions.
- Help children articulate thoughts confidently and significantly improve their fluency.
- Conduct Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and maintain strong NPS (Net Promoter Score) of 9+.
- Actively contribute to curriculum development and student assessments.
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong command over English and Public Speaking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
- A genuine passion for teaching, especially young learners.
- Prior experience teaching English or Public Speaking is preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree with certification in English or Public Speaking is preferred.
- Possess a neutral accent (preferred).
- Must have completed a bachelor's degree and be above 20 years of age.
- Reliable high-speed internet (30 Mbps+) and a laptop/PC with a camera and microphone are required for remote work.
Work Hours & Environment
This is a remote (Work From Home) position, offering flexibility with a minimum requirement of 4 hours per day. The typical shift is 2 AM - 8 AM IST.
