About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Coding Teachers to teach programming and computer science fundamentals to students aged 6–16 years across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and interactive online 1:1 or small-group coding classes for kids and teens (6–16 years) via Zoom.
- Deliver sessions aligned with the curriculum, assessments, projects, and certification standards.
- Drive strong learning outcomes by improving students’ problem-solving skills, logical thinking, creativity, and coding proficiency.
- Conduct periodic Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) with a target Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 9+.
- Share detailed learner feedback and progress reports with internal teams after each class.
- Contribute to curriculum improvements, internal reviews, and educator training initiatives.
- Maintain professionalism, timely communication, and high classroom engagement.
- Track student performance and recommend customized learning pathways.
Skills & Requirements
- Undergraduate degree completed (B.Tech/B.E, BCA, B.Sc CS/IT, MCA, M.Tech, or similar fields preferred).
- Strong knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Python, Scratch, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, C++, Robotics basics, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage young learners in a fun and structured manner.
- Comfortable conducting live online classes using Zoom or similar platforms.
- Strong logical reasoning and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- High-speed internet connection and a laptop/PC with a functional webcam and microphone.
- Prior teaching or EdTech experience is an added advantage (not mandatory).
Work Structure & Perks
- Flexible working hours.
- Ability to choose multiple class slots within the available schedule.
- Weekend availability is mandatory.
- Daily availability of 4–5 hours required.
- Fully developed curriculum, lesson plans, tools, and training provided.

Compensation
Earn up to ₹40,000 per month, based on the number of classes conducted and performance metrics.
