About the Role
BrightCHAMPS is seeking enthusiastic and skilled Coding Teachers to teach programming and computer science fundamentals to students aged 6–16 years across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging online 1:1 or small-group coding classes via Zoom.
- Follow curriculum, assessments, projects, and certification standards.
- Improve problem-solving, logic, creativity, and coding proficiency.
- Hold periodic Parent-Teacher Meetings with targeted NPS of 9+.
- Share learner feedback and progress reports with internal teams.
- Contribute to curriculum improvements and educator training initiatives.
- Maintain professionalism, timely communication, and high class engagement.
- Track student performance and suggest customized learning pathways.
Skills & Requirements
- Undergraduate degree (B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc CS/IT, MCA, M.Tech, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Scratch, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, C++, or Robotics basics.
- Excellent communication and ability to engage young learners.
- Experience with live classes on Zoom or similar platforms.
- Strong logical reasoning and capability to simplify complex concepts.
- High-speed internet and a laptop/PC with webcam and microphone.
- Prior teaching or EdTech experience is an advantage.
Work Structure & Perks
- Flexible working hours and choice of multiple class slots.
- Weekend availability is mandatory with daily availability of 4–5 hours.

Compensation
Earn up to ₹40,000 per month based on classes conducted and performance metrics.
