Role Overview
The Academic Counsellor role supports the Business Development team in driving international sales across the global market. You will gain hands-on experience in high-volume edtech sales, working with international customers and contributing to our mission of transforming education worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with international leads via calls, emails, and virtual consultations.
- Understand customer needs and pitch premium edtech programs using consultative selling.
- Manage follow-ups, maintain lead data, and update sales trackers using Google Sheets/CRM.
- Handle objections professionally to close high-value international deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
- Meet daily/weekly outreach and revenue targets.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field with 0–1 year experience.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with confidence in speaking with international customers.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Passion for edtech, startups, and performance-driven roles.
