BrightCHAMPS India (Formerly Metamorphosis Edu) is seeking passionate individuals to join their team as a Robotics Teacher. This remote role offers the opportunity to inspire children and teenagers in the exciting world of robotics from the comfort of your own home.
Role Overview: Robotics Teacher
As a Robotics Teacher, you will be responsible for conducting engaging and high-quality online classes for students aged 6 to 16 years. You will play a crucial role in delivering provided content in an energetic and fun manner, using real-life examples to enhance the learning experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct excellent and engaging online classes for children and teenagers between 6 and 16 years old.
- Book and conduct classes in at least 4-5 daily slots.
Work Arrangements and Compensation
- Teachers have the flexibility to choose their timings based on comfort, preference, and availability.
- Marking availability on weekends is mandatory.
- A minimum availability of 40 hours per week is required.
- Earn up to 40,000 INR per month.
- Tutors are eligible for performance incentives and bonuses based on monthly conversion rates.
Training & Teaching Material
BrightCHAMPS India provides extensive training covering Robotics topics and essential soft skills, ensuring all teachers deliver a consistently high-quality experience. A self-learning platform is available for continuous professional development. All necessary teaching materials and course content are provided, eliminating the need for teachers to create their own content. Tutors will have access to all materials and training before going live on the platform.
